Access continues for 3 days, and in the app you see a message with the deadline and can update your payment method. If the payment is not made by then, access stops.

No. The manual explains the steps and the processes, but the rules change. For complicated cases, talk to a gestor or a lawyer.
The annual Gold subscription includes a call of up to 60 minutes with the founders. You book it from your account, in a calendar showing the free days. The monthly subscription does not include it. The call can take place at least 14 days after payment. If you want another call, you buy it separately from your account, for €120, without the wait that follows a payment.
